From WordPress and spreadsheets to one place, in a weekend
Most of the work is things you already have: your logo, your fees, your member list. Here’s the whole changeover.
Sign up
Your club’s name, your details and a web address. Your site is live at your-club.clubs.tradebuilders.com.au as soon as you confirm your email.
Run the setup wizard
Club details, logo and colours, membership categories and fees, your membership year, and the committee members to invite.
Import your members
Upload your spreadsheet as a CSV. Match the columns, check the preview — duplicates and problem rows are shown, not guessed at — then import. Each member can be sent a link to set their own password.
Connect the club’s accounts
Sign in to the club’s Square, Stripe or PayPal account to take payments, and set up email from your club’s domain. Both walk you through each step.
Add your events and pages
Put the next few events in the calendar and adjust the site’s wording and look to suit your club.
Point your domain
When you’re ready, add your club’s own domain. We show the DNS record to add, check it for you, and the site moves to your address with its certificate.

Can we keep our domain?
Yes. Your club starts on a clubs.tradebuilders.com.au address and moves to its own domain whenever you point it here. Your email can come from that domain too.
Will our WordPress pages come across automatically?
No — the pages are set up fresh: your wording goes into editable text on the new site, and events go into the calendar. Most clubs find their old site had only a handful of pages that mattered.
Do members keep their passwords?
Passwords never move between systems. Each member gets a one-time link to set a new one, or can ask for a sign-in link by email at any time.
How long does it take?
The sign-up and wizard take an afternoon. Allow a weekend for the changeover, then announce the new site at your next meeting.
