One club across the country, each chapter still its own
A national club can bring its state chapters together on EzyClub. Each chapter keeps its own website, members, money and committee; the umbrella adds the sharing the chapters agree to.
Coming next. Umbrella clubs are the next stage of EzyClub. Chapters can sign up and run as separate clubs today; the sharing below switches on when it’s ready, without moving anything.
Membership that travels
A current member of any chapter counts as a member across the umbrella — members-only pages, member prices at events. Other chapters see only “valid member until 30 June”, never the record.
One sign-in
One login across every chapter’s site. Membership, payments and history stay with the member’s home chapter.
National newsletters
The umbrella can write to every chapter’s members, and chapters can offer their newsletters to each other’s members, who opt in.
Open events
A chapter can open an event to the whole umbrella, with prices for its own members, other chapters and guests, and a share of the places.
Every chapter’s own domain
Each chapter keeps its own address; the umbrella has its own site too.
Money never pooled
Each chapter keeps its own payment account, bank and books. An optional umbrella levy per member can be collected and reported.
Each switch is off until you turn it on
Every kind of sharing is a separate setting, off by default, and changed only by the people the umbrella nominates. Every look-up across chapters is logged, and each chapter can see what it has shared and with whom.
Available today: partner clubs
Unrelated clubs with a reciprocal arrangement can already give each other’s members access to events, the classifieds, the gallery, the library and the shop, from a list the membership coordinator imports.
